Montenegro

After lunch in Dubrovnik and a 15 minute drive through the Bosnian coast we reached Sutomore on thursday. After a couple of days relaxing at Milan´s grandmothers house we are now heading for the mountains tomorrow. Our route has changed and we are now driving through Albania and Macedonia instead of Serbia. We are all doing great, the kids are enyoing the warmer weather and we´ve had a chance to dip our toes in the Adriatic sea and to furhter organise our cars... We are now being thrown out of the internet café and hope to get a chance to update with some photos soon.

From Prague to the mediterranean

From Prague we had a full day in the car to Austria, our next stepping stone to warmer weather. Just South of Graz (Austria) we satyed in a local hotel, had some wiener snitzel and a weisse beer and off to bed. The next day it is off again in our home on wheels and after a few hours we were in Slovenia. Stopping only for fuel and to visit the Landrover Center for break pads...they did not have them in stock to our surprise! Entering Croatia we decided to go for the coast in one last push. It was a bit late but the kids were fantastic. No complaints at all......this might be due to the lollypop (klubba) and the DVD in between sleeps. We arrived at an island called Krk. Milan knew that was a bit off course but worth it.

Everything is closed, it is of course out of season. We drove around a bit and found the beach parking between the trees. This would do for the night we thought.

The morning came and it was a bit cold, around zero degrees. On with the overalls and hats. We have arrived at the mediterranean!!! The kids really enjoyed the new playgrounds and different scenery.

After a couple of hours running around we packed our things and moved on towards the more beautiful parts of the coast. Next stop was at Nin. Even here we managed to find a magic spot just next to the sea.

Prague sightseeing

We spend the entire day walking around this beatiful city following Richards directions. Actually we didn't follow his advices all day as we then would have needed a week to even find the pompus Cathedral at the Prague Castle. Richard seems to better know bars....

We also visited the old town in which Pia amongst all the attractions apparently appreciated the old fashion parking meters most.

Prague

Arrived in Prague today after two days on the road in Germany. Two nights in the roof tents and now we have a bit of luxury with a hostel in the city - off for some siteseeing tomorrow. We will stay here for two nights and then we head towards Austria.
So far, everything is running smoothly although the mapping on our website does not seem to be working perfectly...

Göteborg - Kiel

Finally the adventure has started! We are now on the boat on our way to Kiel in Germany. After spending two nights in Gothenburg to do some final adjustments to the cars, we are now all very anxious to set off... Ready or not... : )
Tomorrow morning we will arrive in Kiel and head onwards to Berlin.
